Refund Policy

Prime Business Consulting provides professional advisory and consulting services. Due to the nature of these services, all payments made are non-refundable once a service has been initiated.

Refunds will not be issued for:

1. Change of mind after payment

2. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

3. Services already delivered, partially delivered, or in progress

 

In exceptional cases where a refund is considered, it will be at the sole discretion of Prime Business Consulting and processed after internal review.
